  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must meet the following criteria:
    • Unopened: The product(s) should not have been opened or used.
    • Undamaged: The product(s) must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
    • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not in a resalable condition.

2. Process for Returns

  1. Examine the Product: Upon delivery, please examine the product(s) physically in the presence of the rider. If there’s any issue with the product(s), inform the rider immediately and hand over the product(s) to them.

3. Specific Scenarios

Personal Care & Color Cosmetics

  • Pack/Product Damage: If the product packaging is damaged, you can exchange it.
  • Formulation Change: If the appearance or odor of the product has changed unusually, you can request an exchange.
  • Short Expiry: If the product has insufficient shelf life, we’ll accept returns.
  • Allergic Reaction: In case of an allergic reaction (terms and conditions apply), you can exchange the product within three days of receiving it.
  • Change of Mind: You can exchange the product for another brand within three days of receiving it.

Allergic Reactions

  • If a product causes an allergic reaction, report it within the first 48 hours of use. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

  • Proof of Purchase: Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase documentation and the warranty card provided at the time of purchase.
